1. Introduction

Welcome to HenStag Portugal! By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described here.
If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

HenStag Portugal, LDA, Tax ID 519130901, RNAVT 13095, acts as an intermediary in organizing bachelor/bachelorette parties, transfers, accommodations, and personalized items.
We work with third-party service providers, who are responsible for carrying out the activities we offer.

Please read the terms below carefully before making your reservation.


2. Services Offered

HenStag Portugal offers services related to bachelor parties, including:

  • Recreational and entertainment activities (parties, outings, games, etc.)
  • Transportation
  • Accommodation in hotels and other types of lodging
  • Custom merchandise (sweatshirts, banners, promotional items, etc.)

All services may be provided by third parties, who have their own terms, conditions, and insurance policies.


3. Liability

HenStag Portugal acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
The actual provision of services (transportation, lodging, activities) is the responsibility of our partners.

Insurance

  • The activities provided by our partners are covered by the providers' own insurance policies.
  • HenStag Portugal has liability insurance, as required by law:
    • Company: Allianz Portugal
    • Policy No. 208013146
    • Guaranteed amount: €75,000.00
    • Valid from December 16, 2025, to December 16, 2026

Protection for travelers in the event of insolvency is provided by the Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund (FGVT), administered by Turismo de Portugal, I.P.

Disclaimer

HenStag Portugal is not liable for accidents, incidents, or losses that occur during the activities.
Customers participate at their own risk and should verify the providers’ insurance coverage in advance.
We recommend purchasing additional personal insurance when applicable.


4. Prices and Payments

  • Prices are listed on the website or in the quote sent to the customer.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or other options available on the platform.
  • For orders requiring a quote, payment in installments is available:

The customer pays a minimum of 30% upon confirmation of the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 31 days before the activity or trip.

Failure to pay by the due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation, and you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount already paid.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

  • Up to 30 days before the date of the activity → 70% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 30 days in advance → no refund.

Cancellation by HenStag Portugal

If, for reasons beyond the customer’s control, HenStag Portugal is unable to provide the service, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid.

Cancellation by the Service Provider

If the service provider cancels (e.g., due to weather conditions or unavailability), an alternative will be offered.
If this is not possible, the customer will be refunded.

Custom Items

  • Delivered to a hotel, pickup point, or address in Portugal.
  • We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or different from what was ordered.

6. Changes in Activities

HenStag Portugal or its service providers may change schedules, locations, or terms and conditions.
In the event of significant changes, advance notice will be provided whenever possible.


7. Customer Behavior

Customers must comply with safety and conduct guidelines.
HenStag Portugal or its service providers may exclude customers who:

  • Impede the activity,
  • put other participants at risk,
  • Behave inappropriately.

8. Exchanges of Custom Items

  • The customer should inspect the product upon delivery.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted in the event of a proven defect or damage.
  • We do not accept exchanges due to personal preference or customer error.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

HenStag Portugal collects and processes personal data (name, contact information, payment details) solely for the purpose of managing reservations and providing contracted services.

10. Changes to the Terms

HenStag Portugal may change these Terms at any time.
The updated version will be posted on the website and applies immediately to new bookings.


11. Legislation and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
  • In the event of a dispute, the consumer may contact:

Without prejudice to the legal provisions applicable to consumers, the parties agree that the courts of the district of Porto shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
