Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
HenStag Portugal works to ensure that our personalized products are delivered efficiently and securely.
This policy applies only to personalized bachelorette party items purchased from our online store.
2. Shipping Methods
- Delivery to the customer's accommodation → products delivered directly to the place of stay on the day of the activity or on the agreed date.
- Pickup locations in the destination city → Pickup at a pre-arranged location, which will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
- Home delivery in Portugal → shipment to the address provided by the customer.
3. Delivery Times
- Delivery to your accommodation → on the day of the activity or on the agreed date.
- Pickup → on the specified date and time.
- Delivery to an address in Portugal → 5 to 12 business days after payment is confirmed.
⚠️ In accordance with the law, unless another delivery date is specified, HenStag guarantees that delivery will be made no later than 30 days after purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase, depending on:
- Delivery method,
- Product weight and dimensions,
- Delivery location.
The price is always displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Areas
Currently, HenStag Portugal delivers only to:
- Portugal (mainland and islands): accommodation at your destination, pickup at your destination city or at your address in Portugal.
- Spain: On-site accommodation in Vigo and pickup locations in Vigo.
⚠️ We do not deliver to private addresses in Spain. We do not ship outside these areas.
6. Delays and Problems
Although we do our best to meet deadlines, unforeseen delays may occur.
- If the defect is attributable to HenStag or the carrier → the customer may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
- If the product arrives damaged or is missing → the customer must notify us immediately (with a photo, if applicable). The item will be replaced or refunded.
7. Problems with the Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address at the time of purchase.
- If the address is incorrect and delivery is not possible → the customer is responsible for any additional redelivery costs.
- If you do not pick up the product at the pickup location within the specified time frame → no refund will be issued.
8. Failure to Deliver
- If the fault lies with HenStag or the carrier, we will replace the product or refund the customer.
- If the issue is the customer's responsibility (incorrect address, no one at the delivery location, failure to pick up the item) → we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
