Lasting 60 or 90 minutes, the workshop is fully tailored to your group—ideal for beginners or those with some experience.

- High Heels — a dance performed in high heels, focused on confidence and attitude.
- Chair Dance — a sensual and creative dance routine using chairs.
- Sensual Flow & Burlesque — inspired by jazz movements and cabaret style.
- Dancehall — an energetic Afro-Jamaican dance.
- Lady Styling — kizomba and zouk for solo dancing.
- Waistline Movement — a technique focused on loosening up the hips to the sounds of soca, dancehall, calypso, Brazilian funk, reggaeton, and pop.
- Hip Hop — dynamic choreography and urban dance moves.
