🎨 Tile Painting Workshop
Discover the art of Portuguese tiles in a 2.5-hour creative workshop, with a special focus on Lisbon’s tile-making tradition. You’ll learn about the materials, the manufacturing process, and the traditional painting technique (muffle firing) while painting two 15×15 cm tiles featuring classic patterns or a completely original design.
You don't need any experience—you'll have stencils to help you, practical tips, and close guidance from start to finish.

- Briefing on the history of tiles in Portugal and Lisbon

- Hands-on learning: applying design and color combinations
- 2 15×15 cm tiles per participant
- All necessary materials and equipment
- Supervision by an instructor throughout the entire session (2 hours and 30 minutes)
🍷 Extras (optional)
- Wine glasses are available for purchase on site.
📦 Parts Delivery
- Muffle firing (~24 hours) + cooling — the tiles are ready ≈48 hours after the firing.
- Pickup on site (when ready) or domestic/international shipping for an additional fee —to be arranged directly with the instructor.

- Activity for all ages (no prior experience necessary).
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that can get dirty.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get ready.
