Our classes combine gentle yoga with adorable puppies for a moment of total relaxation, good vibes, and tenderness. Perfect for groups looking to take a break from their routine and enjoy a unique experience (with plenty of canine love along the way).

🕒 Session outline (1 hour 15 minutes)
- 15 min — welcome and free interaction with the puppies
- 45 min — instructor-led yoga (suitable for all levels)
- 15 min — socializing + photos with the dogs
🏠 Well-being & Adoption
The dogs come from animal rescue groups and shelters in the Greater Lisbon area. A portion of the session fee is donated to these organizations, and whenever possible, we facilitate responsible adoption processes (not all dogs present will be available for adoption; if you’re interested, we’ll share information about eligible dogs with our partner organization).
👶 Who is it for?
Never done yoga before? You’re still welcome to join! The sessions are designed for all levels, with simple adaptations and close guidance from our team (who also look after the animals’ well-being).

💸 Price
- Session for up to 20 people: €900 (total cost for the group)
- Equivalent to €45 per person for a group of 20 participants.
- Equivalent to €60 per person for a group of 15 participants.
- Equivalent to €90 per person for a group of 10
