- A 10-minute grace period at the start. After that, an extra hour will be charged.
- No smoking or eating inside the vehicle.
- It is prohibited to bring beverages that are not included in the service or available for purchase on the vehicle.
- No confetti inside the car— a €100 cleaning fee will be charged if confetti is found.
- Liability for damage: Customers/passengers are liable for any damage caused to the interior or exterior.
- If, after the service, the vehicle is unavailable for the next appointment because it requires specialized cleaning, you will be charged the full cost of the missed service.
