- The venue reserves the right to expel any participant in the event of inappropriate behavior, dangerous driving, or failure to follow staff instructions, with no right to a refund

- Children under 18 must have a liability waiver signed by their parents or guardians
- Driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited
