- You must bring the card used to make the reservation

- Dolphins are wild animals—sightings are not guaranteed
- No refund will be given if no dolphins are sighted
- Dive sites depend on sea conditions
- Due to local regulations, the boat remains inside the caves for only a few minutes
- During peak season, there may be a wait to enter the Benagil Cave
- If maritime authorities prohibit entry into the caves, they will be viewed from a safe distance
- The activity can be conducted in Portuguese and English; audio guides are available in FR / ES / DE / IT
