- Dolphins are wild animals—sightings are not guaranteed
- No refunds will be issued if no dolphins are spotted
- Dive sites depend on sea conditions
- Due to local regulations, the boat stays inside the caves for only a few minutes
- During peak season, there may be a wait to enter Benagil Cave
- If maritime authorities prohibit entry into the caves, they will be viewed from a safe distance
- The activity can be conducted in Portuguese and English; audio guides are available in French, Spanish, German, and Italian
